OUR HISTORY
PDM Constructors began in 1999 as a drywall contractor and we are now ENR’s 2020 Midatlantic Specialty Contractor of the year.
Over the years, we expanded our core specialties of exterior and interior framing and sheathing into carpentry products, fabricated drywall shapes, millwork, and spray foam insulation and fireproofing services.
Today, the company is positioned as a premier specialty commercial contractor with a broad set of capabilities and a reputation for doing it all. We’ve been pioneers in leading-edge technologies and services like rapid prototyping, modular manufacturing, and integrated project delivery, and we continuously seek new ways to drive the construction industry forward.
Our Community
We believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce builds a strong foundation for long-term economic growth, and so we are committed to helping individuals find opportunities in skilled labor by supporting workforce development programs in the trades.
We partner with the Construction Apprentice Preparatory Program to remove the barriers to entering the union trades and assist people with learning the technical and professional skills necessary to thrive in business.
By mentoring young candidates about the right and safe way to work on the job, we are helping to transform the industry while providing more people with opportunities for rewarding work.
