PDM prefabricated the exterior walls and performed the interior work in this extremely complicated R&D building. Many of the partitions inside the building are 40 feet tall with very complex mechanical systems.  Coordination was extremely important for this project. Both the interior and exterior walls were modeled and prefabricated at PDM’s facility.
