PDM was hired as a Trade Partner for this project for drywall, carpentry, acoustic ceilings, window shades and single source firestopping.   PDM also prefabricated 136 bathrooms for this facility.  Working with Skanska, PDM created an on-site manufacturing facility to accomplish this effort.  The project opened three months ahead of schedule.
