The project was prefabricated during the COVID-19 pandemic. PDM performed the spray fireproofing and spray insulation and furnished and installed all millwork, carpentry, and drywall for the Event Center. PDM worked extensively with the Project Team on design, value engineering, and construction, all while navigating the logistical challenges presented by COVID-19. PDM also installed 2,200 slot machines at the property.
