The Pavilion
PDM was hired as a drywall Key Trade Subcontractor (KTS) for The Pavilion—an innovative hospital facility that will support Penn Medicine’s world-renown researchers, clinicians, and faculty. PDM provided drywall services for the patient floors as well as spray fireproofing, single source firestopping, and window shades for the entire building. PDM also provided 504 bathrooms and various millwork elements within the building.
