PDM has been renovating the common areas, restaurants, bars, and suites each summer since 2017 (interrupted by the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic).  The schedule for these renovations is always extremely tight and cannot be finalized until the last hockey or basketball playoff game is completed. PDM performs the millwork and drywall for these projects.
